Agribusiness & Agriculture
To sustain mission through profit, LIPI is developing hectares of land for citronella farming, a high-demand crop with global market value. This initiative will create sustainable income for ongoing ministry, train students in farming, agribusiness, and stewardship, and support local churches already engaged in coffee farming. By integrating faith and work, students gain valuable agricultural skills while understanding the biblical mandate of stewardship and provision.
Animal Husbandry
LIPI will establish livestock and poultry programs, offering hands-on training in raising cattle, goats, and poultry for food and commerce. These programs will also provide education in managing small-scale, sustainable farms, equipping students with practical skills that lead to economic stability for their families. By developing a mindset of responsibility and care for creation, participants will be empowered to build livelihoods that support both their households and communities.
Professional &
Trade Skills
Education is one of the most powerful tools against poverty. LIPI’s vocational training programs equip young people with in-demand skills that lead to stable careers. Students will have opportunities to learn automotive and mechanical training, culinary arts, cosmetology, and entrepreneurship. These programs not only provide economic opportunities but also instill a biblical work ethic, teaching students that all labor can glorify God when done with excellence and integrity. By equipping students with employable skills, we empower them to break cycles of poverty and create a sustainable future.
Bible Translation & Discipleship
Many remote communities in the Philippines do not have the Bible in their native tongue. LIPI is committed to funding and supporting tribal Bible translation efforts, ensuring that every person has access to the Word of God in a language they understand. Alongside translation, students will be trained in evangelism and discipleship, learning how to share the Gospel within their homes and communities. Through partnerships with local churches, new believers will be nurtured in their faith, strengthening the spiritual foundation of entire regions. Our goal is multiplication: 1 student, 1 disciple, every year.
The Bigger Picture:
A Self-Sustaining Mission
Unlike traditional aid-based missions, LIPI’s goal is long-term sustainability. Through self-funded agribusiness, skill-building, and discipleship, we’re not just helping for a moment—we’re transforming lives for generations. By developing skills, providing economic opportunities, and grounding young people in the truth of the Gospel, LIPI is building a mission that will sustain itself and expand over time, bringing hope and transformation to the Philippines.
